總體非常不錯，小朋友也很喜歡，前臺也很nice根據我們需求安排到了頂層，寶寶睡得也很好。就是早起說好可以給2歲寶寶安排早餐，打了幾個電話都沒有結果，這個有點意外。房間內的咖啡不錯喝！

我和家人在12月20日入住，這是今年7月入住之后再度與家人來酒店渡假和慶祝圣誕節。餐廳星耀軒的一群服務員最令我和家人窩心，特別是Yiu Man和Eric成為我們再度光臨的一大動力，熱情的款待，親切的問候，非常有回家的感覺。

這是我們第一次入住貴酒店的體驗。首先，我們要感謝貴酒店的熱情款待，特別是贈送的生日蛋糕，讓我們倍感驚喜。房間的裝潢和景觀都非常美麗，整體衛生也令人滿意。不過，我們注意到酒店員工與餐廳之間的溝通似乎存在一些問題。當日是12月22日，我在房間內的 in-room dining 菜單，看到 Satay Inn 提供自取五折優惠。由于當時 Satay Inn 尚未營業，我們致電 Front Desk 和 In Dining 部門確認，工作人員查詢后表示可以使用此優惠。為了品嘗 Satay Inn 的美食，我們在11時退房后用 WhatsApp 下單，并在酒店大堂等候了一個多小時。當我們到達 Satay Inn 時，前臺的女職員告訴我們，優惠僅限于 12 月 19 日之前，且她的態度相當冷淡，似乎不愿意了解情況或提供幫助，甚至強硬要求我們取消訂單。最后，餐廳經理破例允許我們使用折扣，但女職員的態度讓我們感到十分不滿。我們對此感到十分錯愕，因為在此之前已在房內致電確認該優惠，為何到達 Satay Inn 后卻被無禮對待，這讓我們感到非常失望。作為一家五星級酒店，我們原本對貴酒店的專業服務抱有很高的期望，但此次經歷讓我們對酒店的部門溝通能力感到疑惑。希望貴酒店能重視這些問題，期待貴酒店的改進與回應。

衛生程度算OK，雖然會發現地上有啲未收拾嘅頭發，但整體唔錯前臺服務尚可，圣誕節入住，基本的merry Christmas 等greetings前臺同事也欠奉。辦理入住手續尚算快速。酒店位置非常寧靜，房間面向大海，景致怡人，非常好。一家大細留港度假，推介這里

這個酒店的景色實在是太美了，周邊人少環境好，這個價格在香港性價比很好了，房間干凈又寬敞，工作人員服務很好，自助餐很美味?? 無邊泳池美出天際，很適合度假?? 下次還來

酒店室內設計, 裝潢很美, 低調而奢華, 用料顏色都恰到好處, 海景無敵地靚, 餐廳也很美, 我們到了沙嗲軒食午餐, 價錢唔平, 但物有所值入住時是除夕夜, 氣氛很好, 很溫暖, 大堂很多打卡位, 戶外的園林設計也很好, 可惜是沒有機會坐在搖搖太陽椅打卡, 因四張有兩張在維修.... 另外不好的地方是, 是浴室的去水位好塞, 水龍頭的水力已經不算太快, 但去水位好快就滿, 而且有異味.....我們第二日唯有站在浴缸上淋浴.... 整體很不錯, 員工服務殷勤到位, 很多令我感到驚喜的地方。

Stayed at the Fullerton for a staycation. Hotel is clean with excellent facilities. Was given a cake on my birthday which welcomed me with a surprise! Will definitely stay here again.

It’s my second time here. The shuttle bus service makes it easier to get around. The lounge is great. A bit overpriced with the salad. But overall still acceptable and good. There’s a cleanliness problem - the desk and sofa were stained. Especially the sofa- there were coffee or weird stains that felt quite uncomfortable to sit on. Other than that it’s so far ok.
